• You do not have to register to explore the Website or to purchase products through it, but registering and creating an account with us will allow you to fully enjoy the Website. Not only will shopping be easier, but your entire experience with us will become customised over time.
• By creating an account, you can store credit card information for easier and faster checkout, maintain an address book, review your order history and edit billing or delivery information.
• When you register or make purchases through the Website, you will be required to provide certain information including your name, phone number and e-mail address. 3. Shopping Bag and Wish List

• The Shopping Bag holds the products you have selected to purchase while you shop. Products you place in your Shopping Bag will remain there until you purchase them, remove them or move them to your Wish List. They will remain there even after you leave the Website.
• If you have a registered account, your Wish List allows you to store details of products that you are thinking about buying. This feature saves your selections even after you leave the Website, making it easy to relocate and purchase your favourite products in the future. 4. Making a purchase

• All prices shown on this Website are in Ringgit Malaysia and inclusive of sales tax at the applicable rate All prices are applicable to purchases made in the relevant Territory only. If your chosen payment method is not denominated in Ringgit Malaysia, the final price of any products you purchase will be calculated in accordance with the exchange rate on the date your payment provider processes your payment.

12. Returns and Exchange Policy

• If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item purchased online on this Website, you can return it to us and/or request for an exchange within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of item(s) by following the steps outlined below.
• For both return and exchange, merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition. Returned/Exchanged items must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories and instruction booklets. No refund/exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
• Please note that, unless they are defective or return or exchange is otherwise permitted under applicable laws, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged: Bespoke customized goods.
• We may refuse returns where products are soiled, show signs that they have been worn, the tags have been removed or the adhesive strip has been removed. 1. Return

• If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item purchased online at LIMA, you can return it to us within seven (7) days of receipt of item(s) to obtain a refund by following the steps outlined below.
• Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition.
• Returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories and instruction booklets. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
• Please note that, unless they are faulty, certain products cannot be returned: Bespoke customised goods.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. This is due to the length of time it takes for the parcel to reach our warehouse, the quality control checks and the time for the bank to process the refund.
• You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
• We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities, including without limitation, any attempt to reverse or seek a refund of a valid charge for an order that has been properly fulfilled and delivered to you and is not subject to a right of return.
• This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office, Citizens Advice Bureau or the equivalent in your jurisdiction.

2. Exchange Policy

• We offer exchanges for online orders. To create an exchange order, click here. You may only exchange your purchase for an alternative size, subject to stock availability.
• Once you complete your online exchange request, an order will be placed on your behalf and you will receive a confirmation email and return label. You will have 1 week to return the original item to avoid further charges.
• Sale Items cannot be exchanged or returned.

3. Domestic Delivery

• We partner with Pos Laju for all domestic deliveries within Malaysia to ensure your pieces reach you safely and efficiently.

4. Order Processing & Backorders

• All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (during regular working days) once your payment has been confirmed.
• Please note that if your order contains backorder items, the entire shipment will be held and dispatched together once all items are back in stock.
• If you prefer to receive your available items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

5. Complimentary Domestic Shipping

• We are pleased to offer complimentary standard delivery within Malaysia for all orders exceeding MYR 600.
• Please note: The qualifying amount applies strictly to merchandise. Gift cards, taxes, and any additional shipping or handling fees do not count toward the MYR 600 threshold.
• This offer is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

7. Order Tracking

• Once your order has left our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor its journey.
• Registered LIMA customers can also easily track their package status by logging in and navigating to My Account → Orders.
